Who We Are
Price Taylor LLP is an independent firm of experienced Chartered Surveyors. Price Taylor LLP is Regulated by RICS.
Our staff have been part of a team which for over 30 years has been based in a North London, Islington headquartered firm of Commercial and Residential Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors with branches covering England and Wales, as well as having an International presence. We have a combined experience of over 60 years, working in both local government and in the private sector.
What We Do
Building Surveys, Commercial and Residential Estate Agency Services, Property Valuations by RICS Registered Valuers, Landlord & Tenant Services, Insolvency Property Services and other Professional Services.

We offer clients Professional Indemnity Insurance cover to meet or exceed RICS requirements as standard, and are a member of the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme, Safeagent, and a member of The Property Ombudsman for added peace of mind.
Data Protection and Anti-Money Laundering
Your data is very important and we are committed to safeguarding it. We are registered with the ICO for the handling of data, and we are supervised by HMRC for the purpose of anti-money laundering.
Payments
We are able to accept payments using cash, cheques, and bank transfers.
